I was interviewed over the phone initially. Basic, textbook interview questions such as strengths, weaknesses, etc. Followed up with four half-hour interviews in person. This consisted of mainly experience and behavioral based questions. I found the interviewers pleasant and informative for the most part. There was quite a bit of confusion in the questions I had in regards to the position from the different parties, with conflicting answers. The final interview was with a VP. He was fairly vague in regards to the position, again no concrete answers.

The phone interview was very smooth and more conversational Dedicate at least two hours to the face to face interview. The first half hour was a job shadow followed by interviews with several levels of management. Some of these were done on the phone due to out of state location. The recruiter was in constant contact but took several days of counter offers and were still not able to meet my current salary
