The interview process is long and thorough. There are various phone interviews, face-to-face interviews, and even working a few hours to see if you are a good fit.
I planned on declining if I received an offer because of the high turnover of EA’s working for CEO, and the distance. Also, admins would need to send emails for the CEO as he is dictates more of what he wants sent out. My impression was that he needed a “secretary” versus a savvy Executive Assistant. That would be a boring task for me.
Nice office and they even have dogs, which is great. This CEO was not a good fit for me, but I’m sure they will find the right person. Good luck everyone.

They have a script they follow in every interview you will do with every person you interview with full of outdated questions. Something I have never seen anywhere else in my career. You will meet with 4-5 people all asking the same exact questions. Incredibly bizarre and a complete waste of time. You will also be told you are expected to work overtime every week as if that is a badge of honor. No thank you.

Started with an initial phone call. Then had a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. The last step was a full day shadowing in the office. The process was in depth.

Entrevista
Very short and to the point. The interviewer was nice and very personable . Really enjoyed what was said about the company as a whole. This is a long enough response.
