The interview process was completely over the phone. Three individuals were on the call; HR representative and two managers. There was only one interview before an offer was made. The questions were straight forward and mostly consisted of behavioral type of questions. They emphasized working on virtual teams and described the job in detail. The company does perform a background check but does not require a drug test for this particular position.

Very unprofessional company. Recruiter reached out to me with a couple weeks of applying and I promptly responded for an interview. I also tried calling both numbers listed in the email and left messages. Didn't hear anything for a month then she emailed me again and I responded and called again. Still no response or call. I feel that it is a waste of my time and if a company can't communicate better than that I'm glad I'm not working there.

Phone interview then in person interview. They are very personal. They asked many questions about previous employers but also about family life and work/life balance. Be prepared for questions on all spectrums.

Entrevista
First was a phone interview with the recruiter which was easy. I had the actual interview the next week and it was kinda difficult, more than I thought it would be . I had prepared for it, but still was thrown off during the interview.
