Started with a room of 50 people all filling out an application, and people just kept coming and going. If you got called in you interviewed with several managers before interviewing with the general manager. Do what you would do for any interview, dress professionally and because this is a hospitality job, be friendly and big smile.

They have changed their hiring process since I First applied. They now have you apply online and take an assessment. You should then call the location and see if they are hiring for that position, and let you know you've already filled out your online app. They will then have a phone interview and f2f interview.

I applied online, then one of the managers called me to set up an interview. The first interview was a one on one with one of the managers and the next interview was with the GM.

They were opening up a new place, I applied online and had my first interview (there were two total) about a week after. It was a pretty standard restaurant interview. Questions like, "what will you add to our company, tell me about yourself, etc."
