It was easy as. Two managers interviewed me together, asking why I wanted to work there, my background experience etc. I think their primary interest was to know if I have the right customer services attitude to be on the job. Numeracy skill was also important.

Interview seemed professional, however, the area it was taken place seriously needs decoration and a feel-good aura. Just be yourself, don't fake anything. This company values honesty and will treat you the same way if you comply.
