Combined interview with a shop floor trial. Took around an hour. Shop floor trial was around 15 minutes to see how you interact with customers. Communication was generally done through email with either manager or assistant manager. Interview was a relaxed process.

I was asked a few basic questions by phone and then asked to come in for a laid back face-to-face interview. I was then asked to come back for the shop floor trial with the other interview candidates where we had to perform a series of tasks. It took them 3 weeks to send me a rejection email which I thought was very poor.
