For me from start to end the process was great. Yes there was a slight delay between final interview and job offer but I also think in todays environment its too be expected. However the communication and the use of WorkDay as a platform I felt like I could monitor progress and ask all and any question I may have. I really enjoyed the transparent and fair interview process it really felt like it was down to me to land a role using my previous experiences etc. Overall I am very satisfied. The entire process, from initiation to conclusion, was highly satisfactory. While there was a minor delay between the final interview and the job offer, this is understandable given the current market conditions. The communication throughout the process, coupled with the effective utilisation of WorkDay as a platform, enabled me to track progress and address any inquiries I had. I particularly appreciated the transparent and equitable interview process, which allowed me to leverage my prior experience and qualifications to secure the position. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.

Il primo ostacolo è la RAL offerta molto bassa. Non c'è margine di negoziazione, non vogliono neanche sapere le competenze. Peccato perché è un azienda interessante e non c'è modo di sostenere un colloquio.
