The interview process I went through included three main stages: the interview, portfolio review, and immersion. In the interview, I had the chance to talk about my background, experiences, and what drew me to the role. The portfolio review allowed me to showcase my work and walk through my design process, explaining the thinking behind my decisions and how I approach problem-solving. The immersion phase was especially valuable, it gave me a feel for the team dynamic and work environment, and I was able to participate in collaborative discussions that reflected the day-to-day culture. Overall, the process was thorough and gave me a strong sense of alignment with the team and the role.
