Simple and conversational. We were interviewed as a group of 5 and the managers were lovely. Asked questions regarding prior experience, retail experience and educational details. As it began as a seasonal role, they explained the hours, extra shifts and then asked when we had availability individually in a separate room.

Completed a fairly short interview with two existing staff members (including manager) and then headed downstairs to do a trial shift to check how you performed on the checkouts and interacted with customers.
