It started off with an impromptu 1-hour phone interview on a Wednesday afternoon to get to know the department manager. They sent me all the paperwork for background check and drug test the next morning. Then I had a 20-minute "in-person" interview that same Friday afternoon. I didn't really sit down or interview- the people there just basically tried to sell me on the culture in that office location, as well as the company culture as a whole. I didn't learn much specifically about the job, other than it would entail all of the experience I had garnered in the past, and they said it would be a "hybrid role" and that we'd "bang out the details as they come".
