The interviewer began by describing the history of the company. They then presented me with a brochure outlining the opportunities for professional growth within the organization and the different divisions and their functions. The brochure also contained information about the benefits package and some of the Employee Perks. ESOP and funding for continuing education were highlighted frequently.
