Entrevista
Timely and active engagement from initial recruiter during screening process. Thorough interview process meeting with many members of the hiring team and management group onsite and several remote phone interviews with off site stakeholders. There was no final follow up after a 4 interview sessions (2 via phone and 2 onsite visits) which was disappointing after investing so much time as a candidate.

No real difficult questions but many questions related to the tasks the position was to execute on specifically for the goals for the product-line rather than general position or experience questions - know what their needs are and prepare for that sort of commentary.
They will not sell you on the role, they’ll ask you one question and if you don’t answer it in a way that is “by the book” to them then you won’t get the job. My interview was set for 30 minutes and was over in 10. I kept selling my own skills to the interviewer to provide further context and was able to extend it by 15 minutes but no dice. Another issue was the lack of clarity in the job description that was then provided as a trip question in the interview.

If I gave you a budget for agentic AI what would you do with it?
I was turned off by their methods of researching competitors which lacked integrity. Additionally, they explained how their company was very large and like a slow moving ship and that even getting set up will take a couple of weeks.

Engineering team seemed annoyed that their previous PM submitted enhancements but called them bugs, since in their eyes, the feature was working as designed, so they asked how I would handle that situation.
