One on one interview with Plant Head, HR Head, Department Head. Meeting with other colleague from the function I've opted for helped me in knowing their requirements. This made me to get prepared well enough even before I join.

The Interview process was very nice. I had the first round with the Financial controller followed by Interview with MD. The kind of questions being asked were very interesting. Since I had worked in a Cement Factory earlier, MD had asked me to explain the the process of manufacturing cement.
