Quick chat over the phone and invited to a face-to-face in the office. It was completely informal, the interviewer led me into a small office to chat and was wearing jeans and a baggy t-shirt. I wasn't ask many questions, I was simply informed about what they were trying to do. At the end of the interview I asked if they wanted to go over any technical questions or look at any projects I had on GitHub
