Phone interview and then in person interview, it was very pleasant experience, nothing was too difficult and the questions were straightforward. During the phone interview it was more information about the position and then in person was more scenario based.

Interviewed for a small department. One brief phone interview and two interviews in person with a few members of the department. Process was slow over the winter holidays which was expected.
