I was first invited for a phone interview, but because I was abroad they chose to have a Skype video interview. Next round was with a panel of 5 people and I was asked to prepare a 5-minute presentation about Temple. The next week they asked for my references. They spoke to 2 out of 3 of them. About one month passed and I hadn't heard anything, so I reached out to the hiring manager. She responded almost immediately thanking me for my patience. Another month later I emailed again with no response. HR never even sent me an automated email saying they had hired someone else.
