initial phone interview with hiring manager that focused on my back ground skills and recent experience. Behavioural questions were also asked. Quite a frindly interviewe and made me feel quite at ease. It was infact more conversational than an formal interviewe. The second interview also included a senior manager and questions were more focused around what I would bring into the organisation and some of the things I would put into practise.

What is your experience with product cost medelling
Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy. Great interview, but had to seriously warm up and stretch first, because the questions are quite taxing... But just be yourself, and dance like no one is watching.

Took them 2 months to get back to me on the interview, at the time applying for the role, on the job spec it encouraged people to apply despite not having health experience (seems to have been updated since then) - i got rejected during the interview process to not having health experience - Also HR person didn't spell my name right which I assumed was an autocorrect - during the interview itself staff were very polite - and asked a number of good questions on experience
Would advise the firm to not wait 2 months - its good to see job spec been updated since then

Process was fairly structured and during #2, manager and product owner were clear and transparent on what traits, skills and characteristics they're looking for.
