The interview was straight forward for a help desk position. Human Resources was involved with setting up an appointment and I met with the CIO of the company. The questions were standard for what is expected for a help desk support role.

Great interview. It was held in an office with just 1 person. I answered all the questions and was able to get a call back the same day. Very organized process. It was a good experience.
