Application Submission:
Candidate submits resume, cover letter, and application
Initial Screening:
Phone or video call with recruiter (30 minutes)
Basic qualifications check
Discussion of work experience and salary expectations
Technical Exercise (optional):
Take-home coding or problem-solving task (2-4 hours)
Evaluates technical skills and thought process
Technical Interview:
Interview with hiring manager or team lead (60-90 minutes)
In-depth discussion of technical skills and experience
May include problem-solving or coding exercises
Panel Interview:
Interview with multiple team members (1-2 hours)
I failed my interview because I walked away on the middle of interview. I am not confident to face other people since I was been bullied and still I'm trying but hope soon i can find a right job for me.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview with recruiter, followed by 2 more phone interviews. Then I was interviewed by a panel of managers 2 at a time, with 4 separate groups.

The questions were situation, action, response. They asked for specific examples of times that I was faced with certain situations in the workplace, how I responded to them, and what the ultimate outcome was. Come prepared with an answer.
