I had an online one way interview because of covid, There were only a few questions and gave two extra tries to rerecord them which was good but overall it was a very easy interview and nothing to worry about

Q: One example when you worked as a team to complete a task
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
