it was done over hirevue and was it situation, action, and outcome format. I found a guy on youtube that does the interview prep for this position and it was very useful.

Quick and easy. Just spoke with hiring manager. In and out in 20 minutes. Super friendly, they're just checking to see if you have a pulse and hold a quick conversation
Pretty much need a reference or show up on the right day to get an interview. Seems a little much for the task at hand but overall very simple online interview.
