Interview is given by a teenager talking down to you. They don't have your resume in hand, while it's a revolving door of interviews and ending the interview with "I have no idea where to do with you or put you"

Scheduled a phone interview and the interviewer never showed up. I was offered a job a few days later with no interview. Huge red flag and I did not take the job.
It is a video interview with questions prior to recording and you answer the questions. It's very straightforward and easy to do. Then you'll talk to a supervisor prior to getting hired
