I was interviewed by two guys, which forget to introduce itself and have done it in the middle of interview. They barely look at my resume and I've got a feeling that the interviewers do not care about my previous experience. Nobody explained me what is the company, what they are doing and what is this position about. They just started to ask a question which I supposed to answer on a blackboard. They called it "knowledge mapping process". During the interview one of the interviewers was writing something in his laptop all the time and barely looked at the board. Although they give me some hints when I was stuck on the solution for one specific problem I would not consider the as nice or pleasant interviewers. I'm interviewing an got interviewed pretty frequently and unfortunately got negative experience regarding the company and its recruiting process I was rejected, but even if I passed this interview I wouldn't move forward with this company and would consider myself to review other opportunities I have.
