My interview process had 3 parts. A short interview with HR to weed out who is a poor fit at the surface level (basically are you a normal person) followed by an assignment you have to complete. You have a week to do the assignment, but if you have never worked with Tableau it could be tough to learn the program then answer the questions in that time span. The second interview comes after you have submitted the assignment and they have reviewed it. This is a more in-depth interview where the interviewer will be asking you questions related to your skill set and how they fit with the job. The third interview consists of a panel interview where you present a demonstration of the product to 4 managers. After the Demo you then interview with each of the panel members separately. Overall it's a fun interview process but it can be a bit fatiguing. Throughout the process, they will ask you technical questions about the program itself. It's important to be knowledgeable about the product but more importantly, you should show how you handle yourself speaking about a product (honesty is key! I cannot stress this enough). Overall an extremely full and cool interview process. They give you plenty of opportunities to showcase your skills whether they are soft or hard.

Interviewed in 2019 for the product consultant role. Interviews included behavioral and take home-style evaluations. Overall, it was a great experience, but the compensation eventually offered was pretty lackluster. Ended up turning it down for a more competitive offer.
