Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en TXT International en Sep 2015
The first two interviews were conducted by the same lady and she was really lovely and friendly. The questions were CV based and she also asked a lot of questions about what my future plans were and how I thought the role I was applying for was going to help me with my future goals. There were a few 'give me an example of a time...' kind of questions but these first two rounds were fairly easy. I also did a personality and logic reasoning test. After that, the next round was with an Irish man who I found pleasant. For this round, I advise you do a lot of research about what the role entails. The last interview was THE WORST! The questions are critical reasoning questions and are really tough. The English guy who does them is rude, unfriendly and quite off putting. His demeanour is quite hostile which I find interesting considering he is in the head hunting business.
- What is the advantage of being based in Argentina when going up against another headhunting firm in London if the top candidates are London based? What is the competitive advantage of the business? (And if you list the ones on the website, that will not help).

Received a skype phone call for initial interview. Interviewer was very pleasant. We discussed basic background of the company and myself. All the normal initial interview chit chat. I have to admit I haven't made a large inquiry into TXT International itself but something didn't sit right about the company. I asked how the interviewers experience with the company had been and received a cordial but evasive and non convincing answering about the experience being positive. I asked who TXT's biggest competitors were and after a long period of non answer and hold on let me find out received the name of two firms I had never heard of and there exist little to no information about. What "Top Tier" executive head hunting firm is not readily aware of their competitors. Also we discussed salary which is $1000-$1300 a month plus commission and they offer no financial relocation assistance even for foreign positions. May be a worthwhile experience for some but I declined continuing the interview or any additional interview. For a head hunting firm the interview was not particularly convincing or professional. I couldn't justify working for a company I wouldn't even be willing to use the services of.
- Where do you want to be in 5 to 10 years.

I applied online. I was contacted within a week to arrange an initial skype call. The first call was quite informal just explaining more about the role, company and questions about my interest in the role/Argentina/company. Second interview had more logical questions. For example if there's two candidates for a position you are recruiting in Brazil one in Brazil and one in USA which one you'd wanna approach and why? The third stage was just doing numerical, IQ and verbal reasoning tests online.

TXT has quit an intense interview process. First you will probably speak with someone over Skype, talking about general things such as past experience and interest in the company. The in-person interview I had was very intense; it lasted an hour and a half! My best advice is to know anything and everything about the company. They ask you a lot of critical thinking questions about their company. For example they have a 5 day guarantee for sending the initial list of potential candidates to the client, and the HR person will ask you why that is beneficial for TXT? By the way, it's because it acts as a filter for TXT so they can be additionally knowledgeable about the exact type of candidate the client is looking for. If you go through to the next round expect to take some assessments and answer more critical thinking questions. They also ask you things like "where do you plan to be in 5 years?" so get ready for some intense grilling.
- Tell me about a time when you had to convince someone to do something they did not want to do?
