Internal Team Manager interview process was divided into three parts: 1st Interview to understand the motivation and see if the candidate is a right fit, 2nd round consisted of an assignment with a use case in which you would need to explain how would you action a certain scenario such as mediocre performance of an agent or a struggling member of you team, 3rd and final interview consisted of a Q and A about the assignment performance and a summary of how overall your experience aligns to the role. Overall a very good and reasonable process.
