This is a very easy job to get if you show up with some knowledge and dress properly. The expectations were very low, I had one interview and they hired me on the spot. Show up early, be prepared and dress like you're pro.

Most of the questions I got on the job had to deal with Antivirus software and it having adverse effects on the machine.
The interview process started with a telephonic round, proceeded to HR, followed by OPS, then OPS Technical, and concluded with the Amcat assessment, ensuring comprehensive evaluation across communication, operations, technical, and aptitude.

They asked me how you will handle frustrated clients and are you able to manage them and they ask are you comfortable with relocation. They also asked diffrence between firewall and antivirus.
