El proceso de entrevista fue sencillo y fácil de entender. Me sentí cómoda en cada etapa y las indicaciones fueron claras, lo que facilitó completar todo sin dificultad. Incluso recibí una oferta el mismo día, así que fue una experiencia muy positiva.

Las preguntas fueron sencillas y fáciles de entender. En su mayoría consistían en contar experiencias personales o dar una opinión sobre algún tema, con el objetivo principal de evaluar el nivel de inglés.

The interview process was great. I was handled by a professional interviewer and able to answer all her questions. My experience with the TP has been good and I expect nothing but a good work environment.

3 Telefonate und 2 Test.
Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir vorher gesagt welche Fragen(nicht alle aber 2/3) sie stellen wird und mir geraten mich darauf vorzubereiten.
Das habe ich dann natürlich auch gemacht und das hat mir sehr geholfen.
Quick and only a few questions and not too hard. It was all basic customer service questions and a short role play and email writing in both languages. Total time was less than an hour.
