A recruiter contacted me within a few days of posting my resume to set up a phone interview. She asked about my experience, why I wanted to work for the company, and what the position was about. She asked me right away if I wanted to move forward in the interview process. A day later I got a call to schedule an interview. I read in previous interviews that a mock call and a fake sale was done, but I was not asked to do these things. I had two interviewers who asked me behavior based questions. The interviewers seemed to like when I asked questions about the nature of the job and the company. I did not think I did well in my responses but I heard back exactly one week later from the original recruiter with a job offer.
