Very good process, straightforward and not very time consuming. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and welcoming, they were willing to share why TD made sense for me. Everyone responded to my thank you note offering up more help as I advanced in the process.

Contacted about the position through an agency. Interviewed with the Agency Recruiter, they then passed my resume and information on to TD Bank for consideration. TD Bank wanted to proceed with an inperson interview. Thought the interview went well, but was not sure if they were sure of what type of recruiter they were looking for. Seemed that they wanted a recruiter who could recruit for every position within the company, instead of having their recruiters focus on either territories or assigned to recruit for specific lines of business within the conpany. Took about 5 business days for me to find out through the agency recruiter if there was any feed back and there wasn't regarding how my interview went, but that they extended an offer to another candidate not through the agency i was through. A few weeks later I recieved a call back from the agency recruiter and she mentioned that my name came up and the HR Manager wanted to interview me for a position that hasnt been created yet. It was it focused recruiting and apparently i had made an inpact from the last interview as they felt this role would be better suited for me. I did a phone interview with the HR Manager and have not heard any thing since then. Not good with feedback.
