I was interviewed by a district manager. She was very professional. SHe went over my former work experience and told me upfront about the expectations. It is a base plus commission job, depending on performance you will make alot of money.
I was called back by someone from HR for a two week long paid training session in a classroom setting. In training, I met great people and the trainer was very knowledgeable about the products and plans. We were taught how to sell T-mobile plans and services, the right way of selling and handling customer inquiries, and right-fitting a customer.

Over the phone quick easy. One with the TD and the current owner of the system, where we talked through the current state of affairs and what I'd do to fix it.
The second was with the Director of HR and the President, where we just had a conversation about values, culture, and what I was like as a person. They asked what my salary expectations were, I gave them my dream number.
