Straight forward process that ran smoothly up to the final round (4 back-to-back 30 minute interviews). The first interviewer was 25 minutes late, to a 30 minute interview. He was apologetic and said he'd get it rescheduled, acknowledging it wasn't fair, and offered to answer any questions I might have before my next interview started. I appreciated that, but there wasn't enough time to get to anything substantial and it just felt really awkward.
I was disappointed with the follow up on the recruiting side. I was a finalist and didn't hear from them until I just flat out asked if I should be exploring other opportunities. They replied "you should definitely apply for other positions". Hint taken. A couple days later I got the actual decision, via system generated canned rejection email. I would have preferred the recruiter be direct with me about the decision.
