All applications are done online. A recruiter will contact you and set up a meeting with your potential hiring manager. It definitely helps to know someone who works in the position for which you are applying. After a successful interview, you will submit a background check that takes about 2-3 weeks, and then you will receive an offer letter.

For any sales job, make sure you're familiar with the, "sell me this pen" question. If you're unfamiliar with this, Google it! Knowing how to properly answer this typical sales job interview question will give you a huge advantage.
Exclusive Wireless handling the interviews for T-mobile. Offer given, then the offer was rescinded. My interview may be unorthodox since the district store manager caught me scanning the QR code to the hiring application and my pre job interview started there immediately onsite. After confirming I had a highschool degree, answering why I want to work in sales and if I was committed to stay in the position with some other behavioral chat we rescheduled for a proper interview for the next day over video chat. I was asked again about my commitment and if I would commit for at least 6 months. Previously I said I could commit and again I said I could commit for that time since it seemed the most important factor in the interviews. I was texted about an offer, called back around 30 minutes later and there was no answer it was Friday. By Monday I had thought I may leave sooner than 6 months since I was already in the middle of a job search and I wanted to clarify that about my commitment even though I was still interested in working the position the best I could as long as I could. In response my offer was rescinded.

Multiple interviews with different managers that all pulled from the same script of bland and uninspiring corporate speak and core questions. It felt devoid of personal touch, crafted by lawyers, and in lock-step with a predetermined formula that wasn't allowed to deviate from the course. Nice people, but the process felt very mechanical. To be expected from a company of that size, I suppose.

After I had applied, I got a call a week later for an interview. The interview was a very disappointing experience for me, this was a week ago and I finally met with the manager who called me in. You can tell he is young, probably about 25 years old, and he was HIGH! I could tell immediately his eyes were red and lips were very blue. He had me do our interview standing up in the corner of the store while the other associates were standing behind me talking. The manager who interviewed me seemed all over the place with his questions, and kept stumbling over his words. He was also super casual, the experience just didn’t seem professional at all. Kept asking me questions about co-worked dilemma situations. I’m still really disappointed, I’m really motivated for the job and have the right experience, I know I could have got the job if I had been interviewed by the right manager with interview experience. The manager also didn’t describe the job title or give much information, until I asked more questions towards the end. After our interview is over, all he had told me was to look out for an email from them.... it’s been a little over a week and I haven’t heard back from them.
