There was an initial relatively lengthy written application about experience/skills/interests. Then received an email asking me to complete recorded video questions and verbal and mathematical aptitude tests. Finally, I was invited to an assessment day at the headquarters in Watford where a group of us were given various team building tasks to complete as well as individual allocation tests and a one-on-one interview with someone from HR. We were also able to meet people who worked within the merchandising an buying departments.
