Typical - recruiter phone screen, hiring manager and peer, hiring managers manager. Rushed into a 3rd round with hiring managers boss. Never heard from the recruiter again. Was sent the generic email about not being selected for the hiring process. Forget the fact I had already spoken to 4 people. This is the worst kind of company process. Shows a lack of respect for people.
