The process involved some phone interviews, a HackerRank challenge, and a couple sets of video call interviews. This was done partially to accommodate me as a remote employee. I was blown away by how pleasant and relevant the questions presented to me were. The HackerRank was filled with a trivial programming question, an easy challenge where you got to SSH onto a machine and navigate around to accomplish a simple task, and an unexpectedly difficult programming question that was pretty fun to work on. Overall, I really liked their process and definitely recommend others give them a shot.
