📞 1. Initial Screening / HR Call
The process began with a phone screening by the HR team. They were polite and clear about the job role, salary package, shift timings, and location. They also asked basic questions about my communication skills, educational background, and availability.
🗣️ 2. Voice & Accent / Communication Round
Next was a voice and accent round to assess spoken English, pronunciation, fluency, and listening skills. The interviewer gave scenarios or had casual conversation topics to check clarity and confidence.
💻 3. Aptitude / Typing Test
Some companies conduct a basic aptitude test (maths, logic, grammar) and a typing test to assess speed and accuracy. It was conducted online and time-bound.
🎭 4. Operations / Final Interview
In the final round, I was interviewed by someone from the operations team. They asked scenario-based questions like:
“How would you handle an angry customer?”
“What if you don’t know the answer to a customer’s question?”
This round tested problem-solving, patience, and how well you understand customer service values.
✅ 5. Offer and Documentation
After clearing all rounds, HR followed up with an offer letter and onboarding details. They asked for basic documents (ID proof, educational certificates, etc.).
