The interview process is a little too easy. I have not started working for Sutherland yet, however, I can imagine they have a mix bag of nuts within the company due to the interview process.
It also seemed I was being interviewed for only one team within the company. From my understanding thus far, there are many teams across many brands of the company, so why not interview me for where I might fit best?

Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
