Initial call with recruiter to provide a quick overview of my experience and interest in the role. Allowed to ask questions about the role
Second call with BDR Manager that was essentially a deeper but similar conversation to the recruiter call.
Mock Qualification/Discovery Call & AE Debrief with BDR Manager & Director followed by more questions about my experience and knowledge of Grammarly.
This would normally be followed by a call with the BDR VP and then a last call an Account Executive leader but I was informed they wouldn't move forward with me after the mock call

It was brief and 4 stages. I was gotten back to pretty quickly. I didn't get the job because of me saying the wrong thing in the final steps. Not the hardest interview, just looking for specific answers.

I recently went through the hiring process for a BDR role and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The recruiter provided incredible guidance, keeping me updated with clear instructions and timely feedback at every stage.

Interview process was was demanding, extensive, yet very clear & smooth. Coordination/communication between TA team was concise & digestible the entire way. 4 rounds in total, recruiter screener, mock cold call with 2 managers/alongside behavioral questions. Final round is broken into 2 parts, on the same day. 30 minutes with Manager A, 30 min break & 20 minutes with an AE manager. Everyone was so personable, human & culutre seems great overall.
