I applied online and was contacted by email for a phone interview with HR. (This was for the Wellesley office). Then I had a second interview with the Marketing Manager. Was not offered a position but both interviewers were very nice and professional.
There are around three levels to interview process - recruiter, hiring manager, director/AVP. Takes around a month the whole process. Interview is fairly straight forward and laid back, I would recommend.

it was in caffee with other applicants and the guy was late . i have to go there and wait. and then he ask question and did presentation . he asked then us about what would we do to make the company better
