The interview was pretty mellow. My mom knew the owner and she was having problems with people smoking weed in the walk in fridge and she knew I wouldn't do that.
Went to restaurant and sat down at table and had interview with the manager. He was really nice and talked about his family. He liked that I was searching for a job as a high school because it showed maturity.
It was straight forward. Subway's interview includes a phone screening and in-person meeting, assessing customer service skills, experience, availability, and problem-solving through situational questions. It aims to evaluate suitability for the role.
