I saw a black board with a 'vacancies for part-time' inside the Subway close to me. i sent my CV to the email diplayed in the black board. A short while after this, they called me and I was invited to a Branch of theirs for an interview. We had the interview in the shop.
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
