I have received an invitation for an initial, pre-recorded interview. I was given 5 days to record it. There is a platform which you log onto and are given a chance to practice and check your camera and mic quality. Once you go through the preparation recording, you proceed to the interview. A question appears on the screen with a 20-second timer to prepare. Then, you have 30 seconds to answer. Luckily, you have 3 chances to record each answer and you can then choose the best one. (However for me, when I tried to listen to them back they kept lagging. Could've just been my poor WiFi). It was pretty challenging to fit my answers in th 30-second time slot: one 'ummm' and you are suddenly running out of time.
