I applied online, then was invited to the first round of interviews with the HR Director. I received a call within a day or two that I was chosen for the second round of interviews which was conducted by the Department Manager. At the end of the interview I was informed that they still had a few more people to interview, and would let me know within a week of the candidates chosen for final interviews. Within days I received a call inviting me to complete the final interview, for which I needed to prepare a project that would emulate the daily responsibilities of the position. After final interviews, it was within a week that I heard back from the HR Director with the company's decision.
