I submitted my application on an online site and they called me in for an interview. I was asked to complete an application. I was then asked to tell about myself. (He was wanting to know about me but he also wanted to see my handwriting). After that, I had a personal interview with the owner. He then called the Office Manager in the interview continued a little more. She went back to work, the owner and I talked some more and I was hired on the spot

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
