I applied thru their website, got a call for phone interview a week later. It went smoothly, they mainly asked behavioral questions to make sure you for fit this position and able to do duties in the description. They asked questions to get to know you.

Starts with a hire view initial screening, Then you have a call with HR to go over the terms and the basic questions, then another call with department manager. If offered another call to get that offer
Third party ran, kind of sucks its not someone actually with the company. Is a part video answer to questions and part written response. It isnt the best and it seems silly but is easy to get through.

Very smooth, quick, and easy process. They get back to you fast. You may be required to submit a digital interview. It can be a bit always if you have never done it before but they walk you through it and give you 2 attempts to answer your questions. You must record & submit the answers so at least it is not live.
