They are looking for positive people that dont mind being confrontational(ie:coaching conversations), works well with others, multi tasking, sales driven, problem solvers, ect...

applied this position on May, scheduled a zoom meeting on July, interviewing with local hr. Set up a time for second round and third on person...They told me the decision will be made within 3 days but i haven't received anything from them since.
