Met with manager and chatted. We talked about past experiences on resume and coffee making skills. Did a quick trial for 15 mins behind the bar making basic drinks. It wasn’t busy at the time
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.

Tell me about a time you worked in a team and the role you played
Easy-going, conversational, friendly. They were understanding and listened well. It was easy to speak to them. However, interviewing in a busy store can get a bit difficult with everyone inside the store.
