Entrevista
The process consisted of three rounds total:
Round 1 — Phone Screen with HR (30 minutes)
Introductory call with the recruiter covering background, interest in the role, and basic fit questions. Very conversational and low pressure.
Round 2 — Panel Interview with Two Fund Controllers (1 hour)
Met with two fund controllers in a panel format. The interview was almost entirely behavioral — they wanted to understand your background, how you work, and whether you’d be a good fit for the team. Questions were not highly technical. They were genuinely friendly and made it feel like a conversation rather than an interrogation. The interview ran slightly over an hour which felt like a good sign.
Round 3 — Final Round with Senior Manager (30 minutes)
Short, focused conversation with the senior manager. He explained the day-to-day aspects of the role in detail and left time for questions. Very professional and pleasant.

Interviewed for the associate position, the interviewer was rather negative when talking about the job and didn't make the job seem like a good opportunity. Referred to the job as repetitive and more

They were kind and informative throughout the process. They communicated and set good expectations of what to expect. I enjoyed getting to know different people on the team throughout. I appreciated the insights that people provided to me and think it was helpful coming into the role.
