Recruiting process is very straightforward and efficient; behavioral and culture fit questions.. Spoke with 3 different interviewers; Overall, very positive experience. Unfortunately, did not receive an offer. Time from applying to the rejection call is 2 weeks.

Recruiter emailed after two weeks of applied. Girl was super nice and normal questions regarding my sales background and types of outbound sales types i've dealt with. She asked me how i felt about quotas etc. Next day scheduled a meeting with a team of three.

The interview process was pretty standard. Initial phone screening, and then a virtual onsite that took about 2 hours and were with 3 people. I enjoyed my entire process. My only advice would be to make sure you study. Read reviews of the process, of the company, of the culture. Be PREPARED and also be yourself.

Interviewing with Square was a great experience and possibly the best interview experience in my career. The application process is painless and efficient, and the recruiter that reached out to me was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. My interview consisted of three separate interviews and roleplay at the end. I felt the questions asked were very relevant to the role and how I would approach it successfully. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process. Square is definitely leading in the hiring process!

Everything was very well organized and every single person was friendly. They are very open about the role and give a candidate a great overview of the company and responsibilities, which I found very useful. After applying via Linkedin, Jillian, a member of Square's Talent Team reached out to schedule a phone screen interview. From there we went on to schedule interviews with other members of the sales team. The final interview was about 3 hours consisting of a mock cold call and meetings with multiple sales managers. Each member of the Square team from initial contact to final interviews was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. It is evident that Square’s employees take pride and truly care about their organization!

The first step was an online "sales assessment" which had several behavioral questions and 3 timed short answer questions. After that, I had a phone interview where the interviewer called me late and came off as pretty cold. She also didn't even take the time to tell me about the role because "she usually only recruits for engineering roles" and that I should "ask the sales team if I get to talk to them." The conversation came off as unprofessional and rushed.

Racist to the core. My mate and I applied for the same role (we both worked in the same profile for a startup) - she’s still interviewing while I did not even get the HR first round call. I’ve got an Asian name while she’s white. This isn’t venting or coming to terms with my lack of skills (for one, we had a very similar quota achievement and within the same organisation) it’s just expressing how poorly structured a lot of screening processes are, needless to say, they’re ubiquitous and full of bias amongst poorly trained HR professionals, even though they have one job - to screen/weed out irrelevant skill sets, not continue dwelling on their lack of exposure. Thanks a ton recruitment team. Prefer not aligning with such paltry organisations anyway.
